Healthy Living for People with Arthritis
By request, we are branching out of working exclusively with yoga teachers and offering retreats for people living with arthritis. At our retreats, you will learn how to apply some of the tools of yoga to your everyday life and arthritis management. These retreats provide a few days away from life-as-usual, so that you can reflect, rest, and re-evaluate your perspective.
You will learn safe ways to modify yoga poses, as well as the basics of meditation, healthy nutrition, and how to prioritize your own well-being!
